Mr. Christopher Frantz has more than 7 years managing environmental compliance and construction programs. He received his B.A. Physics from Duquesne University and his B.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, concurrently in 2008. Mr. Frantz has spent the majority of his career as an environmental engineer overseeing base level programs at Nellis AFB, NV and Offutt AFB, NE, as well as regional and national programs with the Air Force Civil Engineering Center  and the National Guard Bureau, respectively. He has also managed several multi-million dollar base-wide roofing and paving contracts for the installation level construction management office.

Mr. Frantz currently holds the Installation Lead Civil Engineer position at Bellows AFS in Waimanalo, HI and is pursuing a M.S. in Applied Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
